Arden AJ 2 XJS Coupé

After the successful introduction of the AJ1 Jochen Arden modified the Jaguar XJS Coupe. Based on the technology of the AJ1 V12 they chose the upgrade program that had the subtle body work and chassis changes.  To make the AJ2 suitable for high speeds the cooling system and engine management were optimized and the brake system was strengthened.  If required a five speed gearbox could be ordered. The Arden High performance exhaust system not only delivered a sonorous sound but also increased the performance by 16PS. Light alloy wheel-rims in 7x16 rounded off the optical scene.  A sporty steering wheel covered with leather and with adjustable adapters, heated sport seats, vehicle interior roof in Conolly leather, all these features were available as optional accessories.
