With 50 years of experience in Jaguar customization, the Arden AJ 50 V12 is an E-Type designed for the autobahn, Goodwood, and Highway 1. This V12 restomod goes far beyond classic Jaguar E-Type tuning: it combines Arden Jaguar tuning, craftsmanship in Krefeld, and a revolutionary 12-cylinder engine into a vehicle for drivers and collectors alike.

The Arden AJ 50 V12 was fully digitized to reinforce the chassis and structure with precision and to develop bespoke components such as the Arden hardtop.

The Arden AJ 50 V12 takes its final shape in the wind tunnel. Here, airflow, balance, and stability are optimized down to the last detail until every element combines form and function. This project draws on decades of engineering experience in the customization of road and race cars.

Every detail of the bodywork is a testament to precision craftsmanship—especially the custom-made aluminum hood, crafted with the same dedication that defines every Arden model. The entire body has been reinforced and tested according to the strictest standards of the German TÜV. As a result, the AJ 50 V12 not only meets the highest standards of design and build quality, but also of structural integrity and safety.
The complete digitization of the AJ 50 enables precise development, customization, and production of the vehicle. Using CAD scans, Arden creates complex designs such as the elegantly shaped Arden hardtop. The custom-made aluminum hood combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology.

Reworked with the highest level of precision and enlarged to 6.3 litres, the V12 combines the fascination of classic mechanical engineering with the efficiency of modern technology. Whether in carburettor or fuel-injection specification, each engine is individually calibrated and paired with a 6-speed gearbox specifically designed for the twelve-cylinder engine, bringing performance, consumption and torque into a well-balanced relationship.
The engine operates noticeably more efficiently and economically while meeting the requirements of a contemporary, sustainably conceived powertrain.
For track day events and motorsport use, the engine is also available on request in Group C specification with more than 700 hp – a version that has already proven its performance in racing.
